MARVIN MYERS, Founder & CEO Marvin has been involved in the development, construction and operation of residential real estate since 1951. As owner of his own development firm prior to establishing Conservatory Senior Living, his talent for analyzing business, hiring people and challenging established standards has resulted in a portfolio of outstanding multifamily |
residences including properties designed specifically to meet the needs of independent seniors. Marvin attended the University of Iowa and the University of Chicago from 1940 to 1942 and completed the Executive MBA Program of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1973. He is a past President of the Homebuilders of Illinois. |
