NORMA MYERS, President

Norma has been actively engaged in the interior design, development, construction and operation of single family, multifamily and town homes since 1972. After joining her husband Marvin in 1975, she was responsible for the asset management of 3,123 multifamily units in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio and oversaw the rehabilitation and management of apartment communities for Gerald Hines Interests. Norma more recently oversaw the design and asset management of 16 apartment communities in Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Mexico totaling approximately 3,000 units.

 


In addition, she was responsible for the interior design and operations of a 154-unit luxury high-rise, The Rienzi, in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas, Texas.

Norma oversees the interior design of Conservatory Senior Living communities and is responsible for the asset management. She remains active in charity work in Dallas, Texas that benefits senior citizens, children and the homeless. She is an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.
