STEVEN A. LIPS, Director of Operations Steven Lips brings over ten years experience working in the senior living industry. His extensive experience includes Operations, Real Estate, Development, Food Service and opening new properties. Prior to joining the Conservatory in 2007, Steven worked with American Retirement Corporation in Houston as an Executive Director. Before moving to Texas, he was a Regional Director with Independence Villages in |
Michigan managing a portfolio of eight communities. His Food Service experience focused on providing dining services for fortune 100 companies, hotels, and private individuals. Steven graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and continuing education at The Harvard School of Design. |
