- Tracking side to side: This exercise is great for improving your loved ones’ peripheral vision. Simply take a handheld object and hold it a few inches away from their face at eye level. Then, slowly move it side to side. This will allow their eyes to track that object without moving their head.
- Scanning rooms: If you have a room full of objects then your loved ones can perform this simple exercise by scanning a room and looking at each object. The motion must be slow and smooth as they will need to focus on each object.
